Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Every fare on the results page already includes the base fare, government taxes, airport fees and our service fee. The breakdown is itemised on the review page, and nothing is added afterwards except charges you choose, such as extra baggage.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
That depends on the fare you buy, which is why we show the cancellation and change rules before payment, not after. On the fare panel you will see whether cancellation is permitted, what the airline charges, and what portion is refundable. You can start a cancellation from My Trips.
When do I get my ticket and PNR?
The booking reference is issued as soon as payment is confirmed. The airline PNR follows once the reservation is accepted, usually within a minute, and the e-ticket once it is issued. All three appear in My Trips and are emailed to you.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds go back to the original payment method. The airline's penalty and our non-refundable service fee are deducted, and the balance is initiated once the airline confirms the cancellation. Bank settlement usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card details are collected by our payment gateway inside their own secure element and never reach our servers. We store only the payment reference, the amount and the status.
Do I need a passport to book?
Only for international itineraries, where the airline requires travel-document details to issue a ticket. Domestic bookings do not ask for passport information at all.
