AeroVista Bookings sells flights and ground transport, and does the unglamorous work behind them: ticketing, reissues, refunds, reconciliation and picking up the phone when a schedule changes at 2am.
Why we exist
Booking travel got worse as it got bigger. Prices that grow at checkout, fare rules hidden three clicks deep, and support that means a chatbot and a form. We think the basics are the whole product: an honest price, rules you can read, and a human who can act.
How we make money
Two ways, both visible on your invoice. A fixed service fee per passenger, and a small markup on the base fare. That is it — no undisclosed spread, no fee that appears only on the payment page. Where an airline pays commission on a fare, that is between us and the airline and does not change what you pay.
How we work with airlines
Our platform is built to connect to airline and GDS distribution — Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Duffel and airline NDC endpoints — through a single supplier interface, so adding a source of inventory does not change how the booking, ticketing or refund machinery behaves. PNR handling, ticket issuance, fare rules, baggage rules, supplier reconciliation and audit trails are all first-class parts of the system rather than afterthoughts.
We publish our accreditation status honestly. Where a booking is ticketed through an accredited partner or consolidator, we will tell you so on request rather than implying the accreditation is ours.

The number at the top of the results page is the number you pay. Taxes, airport fees, our markup and our service fee are all inside it and all itemised.

Cancellation, change and refund conditions are shown as sentences before you commit — not as a PDF you find afterwards.
Answer the phone
Support that can see your booking, your PNR and your payment, and has the authority to fix things.

We do not display accreditations we do not hold, and we do not describe a partner's licence as our own.
