1. Who we are
AeroVista Bookings (“AeroVista”, “we”, “us”) operates an online travel booking platform for flights and ground transport. We act as an agent for the airlines and transport operators who actually provide the service. We are not the carrier.
2. What this means for your booking
When you book a flight, the contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline, and is governed by that airline's conditions of carriage and the applicable fare rules. When you book ground transport, the contract is between you and the transport operator. Our role is to search, price, book, collect payment and support you through the trip.
- Schedules, aircraft, seating and service are set by the operator, not by us.
- Fare rules — cancellation, change and refund conditions — are set by the airline. We display them before payment.
- Delays, cancellations and denied boarding are handled under the operator's policy and applicable passenger-rights law.
3. Accreditation and status
We describe our services accurately and do not claim industry accreditations we do not hold. Any accreditation, licence or registration we hold is displayed with its issuing body and number. Where a booking is fulfilled through an accredited consolidator or ticketing partner, that relationship is disclosed on request.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown inclusive of base fare, government taxes, airport fees, our service fee and any agency markup. The breakdown is itemised before payment.
- Fares are live and can change until a booking is confirmed and paid. If a fare changes before payment, we show you the new price and ask you to confirm again.
- Payment is taken through a regulated payment gateway. We never see, transmit or store your card number, expiry date or CVV.
- Our service fee is not refundable once a booking is confirmed.
5. Your responsibilities
- Passenger names must match the travel document exactly. Corrections after ticketing may attract an airline fee, and some airlines do not permit them at all.
- You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas, permits and any required health documentation.
- You must arrive for check-in within the operator's stated timeframe. A missed departure is treated as a no-show under the fare rules.
- You must not use the platform to make speculative, fraudulent or automated bookings.
6. Cancellations, changes and refunds
These follow the fare rules of the fare you bought, which we show before payment and again on your booking. See our refund and cancellation policy for how refunds are calculated and how long they take.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for the booking service we provide: taking your instruction accurately, passing it to the operator, collecting the correct amount and supporting you. We are not liable for the operator's performance — a delayed flight, a cancelled service, lost baggage or a driver who arrives late are the operator's responsibility, though we will help you pursue them.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, and will tell you why.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the one published when the booking was made. Material changes are notified by email to registered account holders.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Nagpur have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection right you have where you live. If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved directly.
